Rules for exchanges and returns in the www.missliberte.com store

 

If our underwear does not meet your expectations in any way, you can exchange or return it without giving any reason. If you wish to exchange the purchased product, we will send the new order at our expense.
The exact rules for exchanges and returns are described in the Terms and Conditions (accepted at the time of placing orders).
An abbreviated version is presented below:

 

  1. You have the right to exchange or return your order without giving any reason. You can make an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  2. Only underwear which does not bear any signs of wear has an originally attached label and is undamaged can be exchanged or returned. To be able to exchange or return it, for hygiene reasons, make sure you try on your purchase over underwear that you normally wear.
  3. To make an exchange or return, all you need to do is inform us about your intent by e-mail at hello@missliberte.com. In the title of the e-mail, provide the order number and the words "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" - thanks to this, we will efficiently carry out the exchange/return after receiving the parcel. You can briefly describe the reason for the exchange/return - it will help us to improve our products to better meet your needs in the future!
  4. After sending the electronic information, send theunderwear back together with the receipt - you can do it via any courier or post it from the Inpost parcel locker.

    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we kindly ask you not to send return parcels by traditional mail - it will be more difficult for us to collect them.
    You can use the same packaging to return the order or put the underwear in a bubble envelope. Do it no later than 14 days after informing us about your wish to exchange or return. Return shipping costs are on your side, but in the event of an exchange, we will send you a new size free of charge.
  5. EXCHANGE: To reserve a new size and make a free exchange, immediately after returning the underwear:
    a. Submit in the online store new order to the size you are interested in.
    b. In the "Order Notes" field, write "Replacement of order no…. (previous order number here)”.
    c. In the payment options, select „traditional transfer”.
    d. If you exchange for the same model in a different size, you do not have to pay for the transfer - when we receive the shipment with the previous size, we will simply send you a new one at our expense. In this way, we will carry out the exchange process free of charge.
    e. And if you are exchanging for another model, with a price different from the previous one, we will inform you about the required surcharge or a refund of the difference between the prices of both products.
    f. Note: It is important that you place a new order after sending the previous one, so that the exchange is quick and efficient.
  6. RETURNS: In the event of a return, you will receive a refund to your account immediately after we receive the parcel and check that it meets the conditions for returns, indicated in point 2.
